How to Enroll?

Requirements

  1. The applicant must be 18 years old upon enrollment.
  2. Photocopies of:
    • PSA Birth Certificate
    • Form 137-A / Form 138-A for high school graduates
    • OTR for college graduates
    • Valid ID
    • Marriage Certificate (for married women)
    • *ALS Certificate
  3. All pictures must be taken with formal attire and white background.
    • 2 pieces passport size picture
    • 2 pieces 1x1 picture
    • 1 piece 2x2 picture

Be a TESDA scholar. Enroll now!

  1. Visit the school
  2. Proceed to the registrar's office
  3. Inquire
  4. Complete the registration form
  5. Submit the necessary documents
